On Saturday 7 June 2025, in the splendid setting of Tenuta La Serra in Cinzano (Province of Turin), an extraordinary event will be held: “BUGIN Experience – the bridge that unites mixology and BBQ”.
A day designed for those who love authentic flavours, immersive experiences and the art of pairing.
From 11am to 5pm, between tastings, show cooking and moments of practical training, you will discover how the world of mixology can surprisingly meet that of BBQ.
Two excellent pitmasters will guide you on this sensory journey: Alessandro Pavanello (The BBQ Grill Specialist) and Andrea Critelli (PitMassiveBBQ), two reference names in the Italian scene, who will teach you how to master professional tools such as Traeger pellet grills, Clementi wood-fired braziers and Kamado Big Green Egg.
The day will start with a welcome drink based on limited edition BUGIN, accompanied by original preparations such as gin and tonic tartare with marrow and mojito club sandwich with gin cup.
The course “BUGIN, the BBQ” will take you to the heart of cooking steak with cocktail rub flavored butter, ribs with Negroni with indirect smoking, and will teach you how to create smoked syrups for cocktails.
In the afternoon, guided tasting of BUGIN cured meats and Rossotto wines, with a visit to the cellar together with the producer.
Following, an in-depth look at barbecue cheese: cold and plate smoking, grilled cheeses, pairing with BUGIN-based gelatin drinks.
Grand finale with the “Smoke & Tonic” cocktail, which encapsulates the essence of the entire experience in a glass.
