A super limited production for two BUGIN gins aged in ex thyme oak barrels and ex Old Tom Vermouth.

We produced only 294 bottles of BUGIN BARRIQUE OLD TOM gin (40% VOL), the result of meticulous resting of the BUGIN gin in the oak barrel which previously held red Vermouth di Torino Superiore.
It has a characteristic hint of wood, pleasant tannic notes and a delicate sweetness.
There are only 270 bottles that we have bottled with BUGIN BARRIQUE EX TIMO gin (45% VOL), with a bold character that comes from resting the BUGIN gin in the oak barrel in which the thyme liqueur had been refined.
This refinement enhances the already fascinating note of thyme present in the distillate, allowing a delicate complexity and a marked aroma to emerge.
